History:
In our home at Thanksgiving this casserole is an annual event. We always have it no matter what the main course is and we are always scrambling for this recipe at the last minute. I will put this into the girls' family cookbooks at a future date.

In our home at Thanksgiving this casserole is an annual event. We always have it no matter what the main course is and we are always scrambling for this recipe at the last minute. I will put this into the girls' family cookbooks at a future date.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (can cut the fat and use reduced or fat free)
- 1 cup of milk (I use 2% milk)
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 cups cooked cut green beans (I use frozen because they are easy and are just like fresh)
- 2 2/3 cups French fried onions (they now have a generic brand which is very good)
Mix soup, milk, soy, black pepper beans and 1 1/3 cups onions in 3 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until hot.
Stir and sprinkle with the remaining onions and bake 5 more minutes.
Buon Appetito
