Aunti Dora's Popcorn Cake
History: My Aunti brought this to our Thanksgiving reunion, and it was a hit. I am placing it on the blog for all my family to have as well as any of you who want it.
Ingredients:
4 quarts plain popped corn
1 lbs M&Ms
1 lbs salted peanuts
1 lbs mini marshmallows
1/2 cube butter or margerine
1/4 c oil
Directions:
Melt marshmallows with butter and oil. Add everything to marshallows,butter, and oil.
Place in mold . . . the mold can be whatever shape you have.
Hardens quickly.
Cut like a cake and serve in small pieces that can be grabbed easily.

Serafina. . . title of blog. . . most requested recipes. . . . my goal of the blog is to have place for recipes that my family likes in one place. I have been working on making a family cookbook out of them.
