Farafalle Favorite
History: This is a recipe that I threw together very quickly. My fiance doesn't really like red sauce, and alfredo sauce is so high fat that I don't like to make it very often. I found this a wonderful alternative.

- 1 pound Farafale (bow tie) pasta
- 3-5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 pound portabella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Poor pasta into a colander.
- While pasta is draining in the same hot pan put oil, garlic whole that you have crushed to release the flavor, and the mushrooms. Fry it for a few moments. I throw the garlic away and then poor the hot oil over the warm pasta in a pasta dish.
- Mix well, and then add the cheese over it.
- Serve immediately.
