Peach Smoothie Breakfast
History: I have always been making smoothies. I really like the flavor of this one and it helps me get milk in my diet.

- 1 teaspoon fat free vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup powder milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana (freeze the other 1/2 for Chocolate Smoothie)
- 1/2 - 1 cup water (depending if you like ice cream or something that sucks with a straw)
- I have a Magic Bullet which I use at least once a day. I put all the ingredients in the bullet and whiz it up. You can use a blender too!
