Peach Smoothie Breakfast

Peach Smoothie Breakfast

History: I have always been making smoothies. I really like the flavor of this one and it helps me get milk in my diet.


Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon fat free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup powder milk
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 banana (freeze the other 1/2 for Chocolate Smoothie)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup water (depending if you like ice cream or something that sucks with a straw)
Directions:
  1. I have a Magic Bullet which I use at least once a day. I put all the ingredients in the bullet and whiz it up. You can use a blender too!
  2. Enjoy!
This is 4 points. You could cut the points by not using the banana and using 1/2 cup peaches.
