Sicilian Mamma’s Easy Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
• 4 ¾ cups sifted powdered sugar
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ cup margarine or butter, softened
• 1/3 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
2. Add margarine or butter, vanilla, and boiling water.
3. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined.
4. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
5. Cool for 30 minutes or until the frosting is spreading consistency
