History: This recipe came from a lady at work. She brings it to our work potlucks and it always disappears.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 8 ounce container non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 container chocolate frosting
Mix 2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding mix with 3 cups of milk and fold in 8 ounces of non-dairy whipped topping.
Spread one half of mixture on top of graham crackers.
Top with another layer of graham crackers, repeat finishing with layer of graham crackers.
Mix 1 can chocolate icing with 2 teaspoons milk.
Spread on top of graham crackers
Chill until ready to serve.
*The original recipe had chocolate pudding and vanila frostin, but I like this recipe with vanilla pudding and chocolate frosting. It could be made with any of your favorite puddings and the complimentary frosting.
