Tasty Low Cal Spinach
History: I have started Weight Watchers and have been trying to create recipes that fit the point system which I use for keeping up with what I eat. This is a recipe that my Sweetie even loves.

- 16 oz frozen spinach
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 4 or 5 fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 oz romano cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- I thaw spinach first because it cooks faster.
- Fry peppers and mushrooms at medium heat in olive oil.
- Add thawed spinach (squeeze out water first)
- Cook until spinach is hot about 10 minutes.
- Add grated Romano.
- Stir cheese in until melted.
- Serve hot.
