Warm Pita Sandwich

Warm Pita Sandwich
Ingredients:
  • 6 pita pockets pre-cut
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 4 fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced thin
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
Directions:
  1. Half each slice of swiss cheese and put into open pita pocket.
  2. In between the slices place mushrooms, avocado, and red onion.
  3. Place on cooking sheet and cover with foil.
  4. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
