Warm Pita Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 6 pita pockets pre-cut
- 2 slices red onion
- 4 fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced thin
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- Half each slice of swiss cheese and put into open pita pocket.
- In between the slices place mushrooms, avocado, and red onion.
- Place on cooking sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
